Former horse fair director charged

Rhonda Reese, 51, the former director of the Midwest Horse Fair, was charged in Columbia County Circuit Court of 61 counts of embezzlement.

Reese allegedly stole $238,823 from horse fair accounts over a period of five years, according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal.
