Partners Michael Cerv and Roger Barts will open Hot Lunch in the former Forequarter and Hone space at 708 1/4 E. Johnson St., according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport. The new counter-service restaurant will feature a sandwich-board menu and specials reminiscent of school hot lunch, including square pizzas and fish sticks.
