Former dental office manager pleads guilty to theft

Veronica Eicher, 56, of DeForest, was found guilty of embezzling more than $166,000 in cash and checks while she was employed as the office manager at Madison No Fear Dentistry. The thefts took place between 2006 and 2010, according to a report in the Wisconsin State Journal. Eicher pleaded guilty to business theft and three counts of forgery and could receive eight years of probation and jail time. She must also pay restitution of about $78,000.
