Former Dane County Executive Falk endorses Sen. Agard

Today former Dane County Executive Kathleen Falk announced her support and endorsement of Sen. Melissa Agard to be the next Dane County executive. Falk, elected Dane County executive to a historic four terms, is the first woman and the longest-serving Dane County executive, serving 14 years before being appointed by President Barack Obama as the regional director for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Prior to holding elected office, Falk served as assistant attorney general for 14 years and as one of the two chief environmental watchdogs for Wisconsin, the state public intervenor. A graduate of Stanford University and the UW School of Law, Falk had an esteemed career in public service as a top manager, policy change-maker, environmental attorney, and graduate school professor.
