The former head controller of Mega Rentals has been charged with 10 felonies after allegedly embezzling more than $112,000 from the Madison traffic safety sign and marking company, according to a report in the Wisconsin State Journal.
Shane M. Ferguson, 35, was charged with theft in a business setting and with multiple counts of forgery, felony theft, and unauthorized use of an entity’s identification.
