Charles Prindiville of Madison, owner of the Rising Sun bathhouse from 2003–2010, accepted a plea deal and was ordered to pay a $4,000 fine plus court costs for running a house of prostitution at the business on West Main Street in downtown Madison, according to an article in the Wisconsin State Journal.
Rising Sun has been closed since 2017.
