Forage Kitchen, a Madison-based grain bowl and salad shop, is continuing its Madison-area expansion, bringing fresh, made-from-scratch flavors to Sun Prairie, with a new location at 2824 Prairie Lakes Drive. The 1,800-square-foot, former salon space is part of the Prairie Lakes shopping center. Building updates are being completed by locally owned JA Connery and will include the addition of outdoor patio seating.
Hiring is expected to begin for the new restaurant in mid-April. Open positions include salad builders, prep cooks, and dishwashers. Those interested can apply anytime at www.eatforage.com.
Similar to other Madison-area Forage Kitchen restaurants, Forage Kitchen in Sun Prairie will offer a menu of grain bowls, salads, and soups for dine-in as well as online ordering for pickup and delivery at eatforage.com or from the Forage Kitchen app. Desserts, snacks, and locally brewed Forage Kombucha and Tepache are also available. The restaurant will be open daily from 10:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
