Madison-owned Forage Kitchen, a local grain bowl and salad shop, recently announced it will open a Sun Prairie location at 2824 Prairie Lakes Drive, according to the Sun Prairie Star.
Forage, founded in 2015, has six locations, with four in Madison, one in Whitefish Bay, and one in Champaign, Illinois. The company plans to open another in Pewaukee along with the new Sun Prairie spot.
The Sun Prairie restaurant will be housed in an 1,800-square-foot former salon space at the Prairie Lakes Shopping Center. JA Connery is undertaking renovations, which will include outdoor patio seating.
