After some fully vaccinated employees contracted COVID-19, the Food Fight group of 20 restaurants will require face coverings for employees and customers when they are not seated, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. New research has shown that some vaccinated people infected with COVID-19 can readily spread the virus to others. Food Fight noted the four breakthrough cases were a driving force behind the masking decision.
