Daniel and Leticia Hernandez have opened Tapatios Cocina Mexicana at 2990 Cahill Main in Fitchburg, serving Jalisco items popular in Daniel’s native Guadalajara, according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal.
The restaurant is an extension of the couple’s three-year-old food cart named Cali Fresh, which will continue to operate.
