Ellen Foley has quietly retired from WPS Health Solutions where she has served as the senior vice president of corporate communications.
Prior to WPS, Foley was editor of the Wisconsin State Journal and also led the successful $134 million referendum campaign for Madison College.
Foley will continue consulting with clients through her own company, Ellen Foley Ink LLC.
