Madison-based Health eFilings, a provider of clinical data analytics and automated MIPS reporting, announced it has been acquired by Alpha II LLC. Alpha II is a medical coding, billing, and revenue cycle management company based in Tallahassee, Florida. With this acquisition, the combined entity will offer a platform of revenue cycle services and clinical data analytics for health care providers.
