FHIA Remodeling of Fort Lauderdale has purchased Mad City Windows & Baths of Madison as it works to expand its network of national remodeling providers. Terms were not disclosed.
The Florida firm, backed by affiliates of the investment firm York Capital Management, employs more than 1,300 workers and after closing on the deal will have annual sales in excess of $300 million. FHIA currently has an established presence in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and a leading market position in Florida.
“Our new partnership with FHIA will enable us to expand our business outside our home markets and bring our best-in-class product suite and customer service into other attractive markets across the Midwest,” notes Nathan Richmond, president/CEO of Mad City Windows & Baths, in a release.
The companies will retain their organizational structures.
