Colorado-based Office Evolution, a flexible workplace provider, has opened its first Wisconsin location, according to a statement from the company. The new 9,948-square-foot business center located at 2921 Landmark Place is owned by Keith and Rhonda Kometer and serves small business professionals by providing flexible coworking space. Office Evolution of Madison has 55 private office spaces, varying in size from 60- to 120-square-feet, a coworking space, a conference room, and a board room available on a membership basis.
