Urban Land Interests has proposed a five-story, mixed use project on property where Ella’s Deli once operated on East Washington Avenue, according to an article in the Wisconsin State Journal.
The project would also bring first-floor retail space, 135 housing units, and underground parking to a parcel that has been vacant for two years.
