After an error was found in the calculation of Christian Peterson’s prison sentence, a federal judge reduced the sentence by two years.
Peterson, the former owner of Fitchburg’s Pancake Café restaurant, was convicted of bank fraud, money laundering, and making false statements.
He has already served 22 months of his sentence, which was reduced from seven years to four years and nine months.
