Hop Haus Brewing Co. of Verona will break ground Friday, Sept. 20 on a new 13,000-square-foot location at 2975 Sub Zero Parkway in Fitchburg.
Instead of turning dirt with shovels, the event will be marked by a “ground tapping” at 3:30 p.m. where Hop Haus will tap a keg to shoot a beer geyser into the sky, according to a release.
The facility is expected to open next summer with a canning line, full bar, and restaurant.
