Public Health Madison and Dane County has issued five violations to the Fitchburg AMC 18-screen movie theater, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. One violation listed as a priority is classified under “employee health reporting.” The business has been ordered to inform or retrain food employees. Another priority violation was under “sanitization – chemical” and involved the dishwashing and sanitation concentrate level. The business was closed for a few days in October after the health inspector found a mouse problem.
