Fiserv commits to new Wisconsin headquarters

Technology provider Fiserv announced expansion plans that will commit the company to stay in Wisconsin with the construction of a new global headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee. The headquarters will be situated at 640 Vel R. Phillips Ave. and will include the addition of 250 jobs over five years with a $40 million investment, which is contingent upon incentives currently being considered by the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. and the city of Milwaukee. The 160,000-square-foot headquarters will feature a state-of-the-art environment to inspire innovation and collaboration in a modern campus with a “techie vibe,” including a client meeting and conference center, social and collaboration spaces, and culinary programming. Fiserv indicated it will pursue Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification for the building.
