Starting this month, Dave Seiler will take the helm as president and CEO of First Business Financial Services, parent company of First Business Bank.
Corey Chambas retires as CEO on May 2 after working at the institution for 32 years.
Seiler has served as president and COO of First Business Financial Services since 2023 and has worked for the company since 2016.
Chambas joined First Business Bank in 1993 and was named CEO of its parent company in 2006. During his two decades in charge, the company grew into an over $4 billion publicly traded financial services organization.

He remains a board member of both First Business Financial Services, Inc. and First Business Bank.
