First Business Bank announced that it earned several workplace awards, including nine Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards and the Financial Services Industry Award, based on employee voting.
For the third consecutive year, the Culture Excellence categories in which First Business Bank was recognized include employee appreciation; employee well-being; diversity, equity, and inclusion practices; professional development; leadership; innovation; compensation and benefits; work-life flexibility; and purpose and values.
Top Workplaces awards are presented by Energage and based on a research-backed, 24-item employee engagement survey measuring organizational health and employee satisfaction.
In 2024, First Business Bank was also recognized with additional Top Workplaces honors, including being named a Top Workplaces USA winner and receiving Top Workplaces Regional Awards in Madison, Milwaukee, Great Plains (including Leawood, Kansas), and for remote employees.
