Gorman & Co. has announced revised plans for the cornerstone structure of the $80 million Union Corners project at East Washington Avenue and Milwaukee Street, according to a report from the Wisconsin State Journal.
This third version of the project revises the corner building, The Nexus, with an additional 30 apartment units and one more story, answering concerns from the neighborhood for a more robust structure.
