Madison’s City Council unanimously approved the last piece of an approximately $80 million Union Corners redevelopment, according to a story from the Wisconsin State Journal.

The council unanimously approved Gorman & Co.’s five-story, mixed-use project with 14,600 square feet of retail space, 105 housing units, and 79 underground parking spaces and surface parking at East Washington Avenue and Milwaukee Street.
