Final approvals have been secured and the Galway Cos. will start construction in August on a five-story, 145-apartment building with a rooftop pool and terrace and two levels of underground parking, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport.
The $36 million Yahara Commons project is located on a 7.4-acre site bounded by Bridge Road, West Broadway, and the Yahara River in Monona.
