Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate announced a two-story retail/office building from Kraemer Development that will break ground at the corner of Greenway Blvd. and Deming Way in Middleton, near Greenway Station.
When it opens later this year, the 32,000-square-foot building will include Robertson Plastic Surgery, Studio 262 Salon, and Zoup!, a soup and sandwich restaurant.
As of this writing, about 3,900-square-feet of space is still available for lease.
According to a release, the construction of this building marks the last available development site on the Greenway corridor.
