Final four announced in Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin contest

The Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin contest, run by Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce and Johnson Financial Group, is down to its final four.

The Search and Rescue 1000 Island Airboat, Comfort Custom Seating System, Kikkoman Soy Sauce and Extrication Tools are all vying for this year’s crown.

The final round of voting opened Thursday morning and ends at noon on Oct. 23. The winner will be announced at WMC’s Business Day event in Madison the same day the contest ends.

Past winners have included beverage dispensers, fire trucks, cranes, motorcycles, rifles and more. This year, 148 products were nominated.
