The final pending lawsuit filed by employees against Epic Systems has been thrown out, according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal.
Since 2013, several class-action lawsuits were filed against Epic by employee groups who sought take wage disputes to court.
The courts, however — including a U.S. Supreme Court decision last year — disagreed, saying Epic workers must abide by an agreement to settle disputes individually through arbitration.
