For the first time in a decade, nonprofit FEED Kitchens has reached its food truck capacity, WKOW reports. This year, 23 food trucks will be operating out of FEED Kitchens.
The organization says the start of its busy season starts around April 15, with the return of the first outdoor farmers market and the start of food cart licensing season.
FEED Kitchens staff are evaluating next steps, considering expansion, dividing types of production, and more.
