Like Costco, FedEx will be suing the U.S. government for a refund on paid tariffs, the Associated Press reported.
The U.S. Supreme Court recently ruled the tariffs illegal when they were set in motion last year.
Over 1,000 companies have filed a lawsuit in the U.S. Court of International Trade.
FedEx specifically said in its filing that it has “suffered injury” from having to pay the illegal tariffs.
