Forward Development Group (FDG) announced a partnership with Attic Angel Community to serve as the property and resident care manager for its upcoming Oakmont Senior Living project located along North Main Street in Verona, across from the Sugar Creek Elementary School.
Construction on the new 99-unit senior living facility began in July 2020 and is expected to be complete in October of this year. Oakmont Senior Living will offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units as well as underground parking for residents. Planned amenities include an outdoor deck, wellness and fitness center, café, game and crafts room, family room, library, and public/private dining areas, all to be utilized for resident activity programs.
