Forage Kitchen, part of a local group of healthy fast-food restaurants, is opening at 8430 Old Sauk Road in mid-November, according to a Wisconsin State Journal story. The fourth location for the group will sell salads and grain bowls like the other locations at Hilldale, on State Street, and in Monona.
