The new Fairfield Inn & Suites Madison South is open after undergoing a renovation for the past several months. It represents one complete step to redevelop the area immediately surrounding Madison’s Alliant Energy Center.
The newly-reopened hotel just off the Beltline and next to the Sheraton Madison Hotel is owned by Legacy Ventures.
