Fairfield Inn & Suites Madison South announced its opening. Located just off Beltline Highway and adjacent to the Sheraton Madison Hotel, the 89-room hotel features 75 standard guestrooms and 14 suites.
Hotel amenities include complimentary breakfasts, complimentary shuttle service to downtown and to Dane County Regional Airport, a fitness center, an indoor pool, a market, and an outdoor patio. The hotel is also adjacent to the Capitol City Bike Trail and B-Bike rental station and features electric vehicle charging stations.
The hotel shares ownership and management with its neighboring Sheraton Madison Hotel, owned by DeFoor Brothers and operated by Legacy Ventures. Previously operating as a Comfort Inn, DeFoor Brothers acquired the property in 2022 and worked with Tri-North Builders of Fitchburg to complete a full renovation, converting it to a Fairfield Inn.
