The owners of a west side bakery have closed the business.
Pedram and Kallie Salman opened the Faircrest Bakery at 6150 Mineral Point Road just nine months ago, but cited infrastructure problems last summer and staffing difficulties as factors in the decision, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport.
