Madison-based Exact Sciences Corp. will sell 5.5 million shares at $12.35 each, netting about $63.7 million that will be used for general purposes. The offering will be managed by Jefferies, LLC and Robert W. Baird & Co., which will have a 30-day option to purchase an additional 825,000 shares.
