Gov. Tony Evers and the Wisconsin Department of Administration announced Friday that $50 million for 71 projects in communities statewide were funded through the Non-State Grant Program.
The grants will need to be voted on May 13 and approved by the Wisconsin State Building Commission meeting.
“Whether it’s expanding libraries, upgrading essential services facilities or revitalizing museums and cultural institutions for Wisconsinites and visitors alike to enjoy, these non-state grants will help support the success and overall well-being of kids, families and communities all across the state,” Evers said in a statement.
The 71 Non-State Grant Program projects can be found online.
