Gov. Tony Evers proclaimed today, July 22, 2021, “Bucks In Six” Day in Wisconsin as the city of Milwaukee hosted a victory parade celebrating the Milwaukee Bucks’ first NBA Championship in 50 years. The Bucks defeated the Phoenix Suns 4–2 in the 2021 NBA Finals, thus winning their first championship since 1971 when the team was led by future basketball Hall of Famers Kareem Abdul Jabbar and Oscar Robertson.
