Executive Order No. 17 last year established the Governor’s Health Equity Council to address the factors that exacerbate health disparities by creating a comprehensive plan to achieve long-lasting and equitable health outcomes for all Wisconsinites.
This week, Gov. Tony Evers announced 33 appointments to the council, which held its first meeting on Sept. 30.
