The Madison Ethics Board has agreed to look into allegations of ethics violations by Monona Terrace Executive Director Greg McManners, according to a story in The Capital Times.
The charges, brought by employee Katherine Hurtgen, associate director of finance and operations, claim McManners circumvented a competitive bid process and failed to enforce affirmative action policies.
A separate investigation has also been ordered by Mayor Paul Soglin, McManners’ direct supervisor.
