The management of Estrellón restaurant, at 313 W. Johnson St., announced through an Instagram post that the restaurant is permanently closed. The post implied the closure was induced by the COVID-19 pandemic and stated, “The last 1.5 years have been unforgettable but have strengthened how we cherish the first five.” Estrellón opened in downtown Madison seven years ago.
