Epic is set to go before the city of Verona Plan Commission early next month to seek preliminary approvals for three office buildings and a dining hall for its sixth campus, the Wisconsin State Journal reports. The new campus, “Other Worlds,” will sit on the northwest side of Epic’s 1,700-acre property.
The office buildings will include Elvendell, the “mountain valley home of the elves”; Azland, with a two-story front entrance designed to look like a wardrobe; and Floating Forest, which will be largely made of curtain wall glass and contain three-story “trees.”
The buildings will be linked by underground tunnels or skywalks. Each will house roughly 400 individual offices; the first are expected to be occupied by 2026.
There will be a dining facility called Underhill Elevations modeled after homes in the Shire in TheLord of the Rings. Epic’s 5.5-acre, four-story underground parking garage started last summer, Black Hole, will be operational by late 2025.
Updated plans for the “Other Worlds” campus also include a future sixth office building, one more than previous plans.
