The Enterprise Holdings’ ROAD Forward initiative granted $56,000 to three nonprofits in Wisconsin, including the Irwin A. and Robert D. Goodman Community Center in Madison and the Urban League of Greater Madison. The grant program benefits nonprofits that focus on three key areas: early childhood development, youth health and wellness, and career and college preparation. The grant will help the Urban League of Greater Madison support education, employment, and empowerment of people of color in the region. The Irwin A. and Robert D. Goodman Center will use the grant to provide an opportunity for girls in underserved populations to learn new skills like outdoor adventuring and STEM knowledge. Enterprise Holdings Inc. owns the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car brands.
