The newest location for Eno Vino Bar and Bistro is now open at 2800 Sarah Lane, Suite C, in Waunakee, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. The location is the third Eno Vino location for Cobalt Restaurant Group, which also owns Palette Bar and Grill located in the Hotel Indigo. Jose Luis Granados, co-owner of the company, stated plans for a Verona location of Eno Vino plus Taverna Barcelona in downtown Madison are on hold due to high inflation and an uncertain economy.
