Eno Vino group plans 3 new locations

The Cobalt Restaurant Group, the owner of two Eno Vino Bar and Bistro restaurants, is planning new business locations in Waunakee, Verona, and downtown Madison, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. The Waunakee location behind The Community of Bishops Bay and the Verona site in the Market No. 5 building near West Verona Avenue will be bar restaurants. The new downtown location will be a tavern but the location has not been disclosed. The group currently operates Eno Vino locations at 1 N. Webster St. off the Capitol Square and 601 Junction Road on the west side of Madison. The group also owns Palette Bar and Grill on the ground floor of Hotel Indigo at 901 E. Washington Ave.
