Emmi Roth USA will build a 134,000-square-foot facility in Stoughton that will become its new corporate headquarters and create 100 new jobs, according to a report in the Wisconsin State Journal. The new production facility, which should be completed in fall 2023, will serve as a cheese conversion facility in which bulk cheese is packaged into smaller components. A groundbreaking for the project is set for Aug. 4.
