Eloura, which serves Mediterranean food with hints of East Asian cuisine, opened on Tuesday at 10 W. Mifflin St. on the Capitol Square.
It is owned by Kalyani Venkatraman and her brother Akash, who also own Indian-Italian fusion restaurant Zafferano Ristorante in Fitchburg.
The restaurant features food like chicken katsu gyro, lobster soup and a falafel and date jam burger.
It also has an espresso bar with items like the rose pistachio latte and blood orange mocha latte.
