In an acquisition that strengthens its hand within the electronics manufacturing services industry, Electronic Technologies International has acquired the assets CMK Enterprises and Calmer Industries of Eagle, Wis.
ETI, an electronics assembler for printed circuit boards and wire harnesses and cables, made the transaction through its subsidiary, American Cable & Harness of Fort Atkinson. The combined company will continue to operate from the current locations in Fort Atkinson and Eagle.
Bill Brink, president of ETI, said in a press release that the acquisition would support one-stop-manufacturing and speed-to-market, and strengthens ETI’s market position with greater capacity and machine automation, including high-speed wire processing equipment.
