In a letter to the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, the Eldorado Grill, at 744 Williamson St., stated it will temporarily close its dining room and lay off all or most of its restaurant staff. The action is in response to the restaurant’s “unforeseen business circumstances” stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic.
