A popular breakfast franchise, the Egg & I, 2501 W. Beltline, is now S & A Café after owners Steven and Ana Daskam were able to get out of their franchise agreement to operate independently, according to a Wisconsin State Journal story.
The couple promises most everything else will remain pretty much the same.
