Early morning burglary at east side convenience store

Cigars and vape cartridges were stolen during a burglary early Thursday morning at a convenience store on Madison’s east side, according to a statement from the Madison Police Department.

Officers were dispatched to the Open Pantry at 1412 Pflaum Road around 12:10 a.m. and found the front door of the business was shattered.

The investigation is ongoing as officers review digital evidence. No arrests have been made at this time.
